This is a great company. I have asked one or two questions and they have replied very quickly. Your aroma machine has worked Flawlessly. I enjoy new scents each month.I would definitely buy this machine again.

I was given the gift of four assorted fragrances - one of which I now cannot live without! I recently ordered eight more. The website was easy to navigate and the product arrived sooner than expected. It was well packaged, so nothing arrived damaged. This is a company that will be my go-to for gifts in the future too.

Packaging was professional and ensured the contents were safe and free from damage. In fact, it was so securely packaged I thought they failed to include my bottle of fragrance. When I emptied the box’s peanuts I inadvertently threw the wrapped bottle in the trash. I called the company to report that I hadn’t received the bottle of scent oil! I was greeted by the friendliest and most helpful individual who apologized and suggested she send a bottle out immediately. I then said to her I would check the trash can to see if I threw it out. Sure enough, I did. I apologized to her and she was so pleasant I decided to order a set scheduled monthly purchase of the fragrance oil. Additionally, the home unit was so easy to set up and operate. The company also makes available a video showing you a step by step demo of how to set up the unit and operate it! Very user friendly and professionally presented! An extremely satisfying and pleasant experience of a high end on-line purchase!
