Customer service is responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. We got the professional diffuser for our single family home and we love it so far.

If you have been to Vegas and stayed at the Aria, you would love and appreciate that Aroma Retail has their exact scent! It is amazing! I will be restocking soon and also trying to figure out how to get this infused into my home with Aroma’s diffuser options.

My room smells nice!! So thankful for this purchase! The scent is very relaxing it makes me want to stay in my room all day! Also the transaction was very smooth and no hassle, kudos to the great customer service and also fast shipping!

The customer service is outstanding and it all came from Kaylee. She’s been available everytime I called the store and was quick to respond to my emails. Since I’m new to Aroma and from Miami she even sent me a sample packet of the best seller scents to start becoming familiar. I’m happy I switched machines and went with the larger one. I live in Las Vegas, so I have been to plenty of casinos here and the first thing you notice is they all have a specific aroma which are fantastic. I found out that you could purchase these aroma’s from Aroma retail in Las Vegas. I ordered the home unit 101 with (Bellagio’s blue ice). The scent was amazing but I had just brought a new 4 bedroom split level house and I wasn’t getting the coverage that I wanted. So I emailed them that I wanted to return the unit, they had no problem taking the unit back and giving me a refund. The customer service is fantastic at this company. At some point, I plan to order the larger unit or order 2 smaller units one for each level. If you get the chance definitely order one of these products because it will make your house smell amazing 🤩

I absolutely love the Asian garden smell. It is a happy vanilla smell that I wanted to find out what smell was in the Dave n Busters. I have purchased the candles and it goes through my 2 bedroom apartment but burns really quickly. Then I got the room spray and at first it was a bit different then what I'm use to of the Asian Garden but it still is magnificent if you want that scent for a few hours to linger in a room. I gave my dad the portable small defuser and he enjoys it alot. Will definitely be getting one for myself real soon! I am a fan of this amazing aroma!

As a Canadian living through 2020 I miss Vegas alot, so I decided to order the Mirage casino scent (my favourite) and im so glad I did. The second I opened my candles I was instantly transported into the Mirage. Really made my day. Shipping was incredibly fast and they wrapped my candles well to ensure no damage was done during shipping. Will be ordering from Aroma Retail again. Thank you for bringing a little bit of Vegas to me :)
