Great experience from start to finish. I worked directly with the CEO to find the right scent for my store. His follow-up and advise was second to none when helping me determine what would be best for the space and the environment I was hoping to encompass. Their product is 5 stars and I would give their customer experience 6 stars if I could.

I love the Aria Asian Garden scent, and the scent sticks sold at the hotel just don’t cut it. Thank you for bringing that to my home in better ways!!! It is just like the original!

I received my machine and first fragrance quickly. I liked the fragrance but wanted to try a different direction and emailed them thinking I might hear back relatively soon. I got a message within 24 hours and had a great conversation about what I was looking for and had new sample scents on the way in no time. The personal service was truly unexpected and delightful. I couldn't be happier with my machine, new scent and will be a devout and loyal customer because of it.
