Overpriced and did not smell like the Bellagio. Pleasant scent, but not worth the price.

So, I want to 5-star this product. I love the scents, I love the coverage, and the price-point associated with being able to cover a large chunk of our apartment. Shipping was responsive, and customer service seems genuine. However, it's loud. Like the kind of loud where we had to think about strategically placing the unit in the foyer, away from our normal activity, in hopes that we wouldn't hear it and the scent would filter through (this hasn't fully worked). The noise is like crickets, almost like when it goes on, we feel like we have one of those sounds of the forest tracks on. Anything with moving parts, fans, and especially diffusers, I have an expectation of some noise, but this seems excessive - as in, any potential benefit gained from the wonderful scenting is offset by the high-pitched whistling that cycles on and off. Is it the unit? Is it something I did? Is it normal? Just trying to level set...with the perception that I don't think most people think this would be "soothing" or "relaxing".

Hi Bill, I am so sorry that this is happening. The only sound you should be hearing is a "compressed air" sound when the fragrance is diffused. If you have a "whine" or "crickets" this is not a normal sound. Please contact our office so we can get this fixed. Again, this is not a normal sound, you may have just gotten a defective machine.

Love the smell, but the candle wick was too strong and it left black smoke soot on my walls. Candle was on my middle table no where near walls. After a while I had black soot all over my from door. Had to use mr clean sponge to get it off.

Thank you for your honest review. Scented candles are very difficult to create and maintain the perfect balance between proper burning (no soot) and strong fragrance. If we increase the scent level, the candles may give out a stronger scent, but we forego the quality of the burn and possibly increase the soot produced.

Shipping was fast. Received products as ordered. I purchased several scents. One is ok and the other does not last. Very disappointed in the product.

I was very happy when I found a place where I could buy the Las Vegas Luxor Hotel scent but was left utterly disappointed when I finally arrived. It smells NOTHING like Luxor in Vegas. This scent is hugely based on VANILLA - something that the Luxor Vegas Golden Bamboo doesn’t have. I wish I had done some more research but when a company claims it has what you are searching for you tend to believe them. I will not be buying any more considering I spent nearly 100$ on a product that turns my stomach due to the sickening vanilla smell that just won’t go away..

Thought of giving a 3 star but 2 is deserving. It is taking about 10 days to deliver these candles. And it was shipped within 24 hr of order!! How is it even possible in this day and age??? Seriously , when every retailer now delivers within 2/3 day window, for these guys to send this package over a week is just weak customer service and management. Probably my last purchase . But they do have good products but they are not the only game in town !
