Received a defective product. Company refused to give me return instructions and credit my account. Buyer beware. Stay away.

I bought 3 diffusers 4 months ago and only 1 is still working. 1 diffuser doesnt work at all and the other doesnt diffuse any scent. They made the house smell great when they were working but obviously they arent well made and don't break easily. Save your money and buy a different diffuser that is more reliable.

I did like the product initially but I had one unit just leaking like crazy, I had one service call and supposedly the defect was the bottle; so they sent me another bottle of scent. It still leaked like crazy but I found a way to clean it and 2as able to use ok. But then my other unit quit working. I don't have them to put in service calls every month. The only way to get anything done is thru phone calls and I had a heck of a time expressing my concerns. I have emailed 5 times to cancel and called twice and they still charged me the next payment. They keep saying the cancelation has to be approved and I have also been told to reach out to other departments. This should not be this hard. Very frustrating, I was recommended this to my clients, but no longer :( Ridiculous customer retention! Do better!

This company is a complete scam. My mini pro quit working g after two months and customer support will not respond to my email or cancel my subscription. Terrible customer service. You have the option to submit a support ticket, but you cannot actually submit it. It just spins and spins as if it’s processing. Save your money and buy a better product from a reputable company.

It is a subscription scam. They will tell you they accept your cancellation but will continue to bill you each month. You have to block them on your credit card.

There scents are so weak. The mini diffuser doesn't not put out enough scent, the hour glass is just pretty it also is good for nothing, the candle barely smells like anything, they sale you a diffuser that requires one to buy only their patent pod. I bought a room spray and it hardly smells like anything and the bottle is cheap. They are a rip off!

Where to begin. Zero customer service. Phone number on order confirmation email says its disconnected. Emails get returned saying the "ticket has been closed" despite no response or call back. If you have a subscription, you cannot login to change your scent preferences. Machines come with instructions in broken English. Find a better company to scent your home.

Buyer beware! Shady high pressure sales tactics. They buy diffusers almost nothing for example the 6000 sqft one cost $215 and they sell it for $2000, the fragrance cost is nothing as well, the sales people are rude and pushy and if you tell them no they hassle and hassle and then tell you that your wrong and making a mistake and hang up on you. Stay away and buy a $200 unit from Amazon do NOT do any subscription or be tricked into a 36 Mth contract at 16.99% just to get a free over priced diffuser. Seriously do your research and the company hotel collection is the same company trying to trick you with a different name. Stay away
