$8500 piad for subscription called VIP. Broken diffusers sent with over priced and paid subscription. Call centers with really no customer skilled peoplehired from all around the world. To excahnge diffusers, they want me to sign another subscription. Becasue the $8500 subscription has 500 ml bottles. But the new diffusers are with non refillable bottles. And then when you.dont want to spend another $8500 for 36 month subscription, they hang up on you or curse u. Run run run

The worst customer service experience! I was unknowingly placed on a membership, and they’ve been sending products to a location more than 100 miles away from me .. a place I’ve never even heard of. Despite that, I’ve been billed four times. I called multiple times to request a refund and stop the recurring charges. Each time, I was told that someone would call me back — but no one ever did. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I've never been harassed so much by a company via phone calls just for placing an order of their product. I would have never purchased if I knew they'd call me for weeks about trying to get me to enroll in their monthly oil plans. They leave multiple voicemails. It's so aggressive. The diffuser is complicated and I would genuinely return the product solely based on how harassing they have been after I purchased.

do not buy from here ever

Do not buy from this company. I have purchased 7 diffusers in a one year period. Two of them were purchased as gifts. I also signed up for subscriptions for refills. One of them arrived broken. I contacted the company via email 3 times. No response. When I finally reached someone via chat, they told me it was out of warranty. If I had received my response in a timely manner, It would not have been out of warranty. They offered me a discount to purchase a new one. When I told them I would cancel my subscriptions for the ones that are in my home, they said ok. Just an awful way to due business in my opinion. My monthly subscriptions alone were more $ than for them to send me a new diffuser.

I had stopped my automatic refills. They kept sending me more bottles. As of today I have a total of 37 phone calls and texts to pay for the auto shipping which I have cancelled. I’m considering. Getting an attorney to sue for all calls and texts as they have been harassing me now for months.

This is such a scam. Poor communication, misleading and such a waste of time and energy.

Disappointed Ordered a sample trial vials, and we decided Desert Rose fragrance. We placed the order for 200 ml bottle, and when it arrived we realize it smells no-where like the sample. Trying to resolve it with customer service is likley impossible. The first rep says to file an insurance claim with the carrier (dumb as it can be), and then they say they cannot replace a product which has been opened. This is a scam company. I should have known better. Whoever bought them on shark tank was fooled and probably lives his high life now. Smell good friends!
