Great customer experience! Had an issue with a return and delivery, they handled it quickly and so easily. Love the UX function of the chat conversation without expiration. Generally a big fan of Armoire, easily the best clothing rental service I've tried.

Customer service is wonderful and the clothes are in great condition.

I've been with Armoire since 2019. Since I am self-employed, I dress for comfort at home, but I want unique outfits for events or when I'm on-site with clients. I also do a weekly video podcast and need cute tops for that. There was no point in buying a bunch of clothes I'd only wear 1-2 times, or even occasionally, and I certainly don't want to contribute a bunch of garbage to landfills. Getting a cute vacation wardrobe - that I won't keep - is also a huge benefit. I love the selection of brands and styles. If you hear complaints, they're usually about how Armoire doesn't show you everything that's available every time. If you stay with the brand, you eventually build up a selection of favorites you can rent from any time. Before then, you can chat with stylists to help you find something. Rarely things don't fit, or I don't like them, but overall, this is the best clothing rental service I've experienced for high-quality brands. It's also woman-owned. You have the option to purchase things you love at a discount, which is how I got my very cute raincoats, jeans and a few other special items.

Armoire made it easy to pause my subscription for the month when I didn’t want to rent anything. Hassle free! I have loved renting fun pieces from Armoire - shipping is fast and they make returning easy as well by providing a label with your case. I will definitely be checking out the inventory next month!

I get so many compliments on all the clothes I get from Armoire. I love being able to have stylish clothes and not supporting fast fashion. It’s sustainable but fits my needs for my career and wallet!

I love the rental process and rules around returning. This is far superior to other places I’ve rented. Unfortunately, the selection of clothing is very matronly and I have a hard time finding things I actually want to rent. I end up disliking the the items I rent more often than not (especially in comparison to clothing I rent from other similar services).

Great business model and exceptional service. The community they built is supportive and fun as well. Must try!
