PROS: - Keep your rentals until your new batch arrives. - Keep your favorite items as long as you want (it goes towards an item in your next case). - Upgraded package that allows you to swp items as many times as you want. Not exactly very ecological but nice when something doesn't fit or you have special occasions so you're not stuck with an item all month. - Like that you can organize saved items into Collections. CONS - Clothing options can feel a little dated or old-lady. Good stuff is in there, but you have to scroll ... and scroll ... and scroll. I find it takes a long time to choose my items. - It defaults to "available ow" so when searching you see the stuff no one wants or has rented. Untoggle that .... Because of the pros, I like this service better than RTR or Nuuly but every now and then I get bored with the lack of creative options and switch it up.

Most of the clothes I have rented have been great. The biggest issue is getting the right size. I have rented some mediums that fit and some that were huge some dresses I needed a six so I needed it at eight and it was really hard to tell until you are able to try them on.

The fast shipping, being able to keep your current rentals until your new ones come, and being able to swap out as much as you want are the best parts. Searching up clothes is more difficult than other rental services like Nuuly. The way the clothes are displayed is also far less attractive than on other apps. Sometimes there are only two pictures in bad lighting and it turns me off to the clothes. It takes me a long time to search through to find things I want to rent. The brands they carry aren’t as fashion forward as Nuuly or RTR. To improve the app I would like to be able to simply sort the clothes by newest arrivals. Overall I am pleased with my experience, if they were to upgrade the brands offered and the marketing on the app I would probably never cancel!

Able to try new brands and styles without committing. Found a few classic pieces I really love and got to sample a few slightly outside my normal picks that I ended up enjoying. Sometimes the selection of what is actually available in my size and style preferences isn't as great as I'd like, but overall I'm pleased with the quality. Customer service has also been excellent.

I don't understand the process for getting a new selection or returning current selection.

I am enjoying Armoire quite a lot. First, the pros: I love having new, high quality pieces to wear without the need to buy more items and add to my closet. If I didn't rent, I would probably never get the chance to wear brands like Boden, or DVF. It's nice to choose items for specific events or weather changes; and it kind of feels like Christmas or birthday every time I receive a new case; shipping is easy; if I like a piece so much that i want to buy it, often i can get it at an affordable price. Cons: my only con has been receiving a few damaged items(broken zippers, for example). However, I have received bonus items or other types of compensation for these issues. Armoire is fair.

Overall I like the options. I find the website to be a bit clunky and it needs a refresh. I want to be able to zoom in on each item and see the clothing in a larger field and see it close up. At the moment that is not an option. Plus, some of the clothing are old and need to be retired. Look at the Rent the Runway website and update yours to be easier for the end user like me to use.

Convenient. i had a SalesForce conference and these outfits were perfect.
