Easy to use and great stuff

I used it for a month and then cancelled. I then kept on getting emails from them about a $20 credit to purchase an item. I found an item on sale and thought it was great deal. Nowhere in the email does it say that I had to renew my membership. The only way that I caught it was that it then said (after I purchased the item) that it would be shipped with my new case. I check my credit card and there was a $249 charge. I contacted them and they said it is not their policy to refund memberships but they would give me a credit to use for items that I have already (I don’t have anything) or for a future membership. I am still going back and forth with them. I told them not to send me anything and I will be filing a dispute with my credit card.

Their clothing does not feel high-priced, even though it is valued at a higher end. The pieces I choose (10) I only ended up wearing one of them. I saw reviews showing the quality and the variety. I'm 44, but the clothing seemed very dated. Not fashion-forward at all.

The initial rental went okay, but I had a very difficult time communicating with the company. I only liked 3 of the 6 initial items, returned them within a few days but received NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to replace these so I could get full benefit of the service for 30 days. I emailed several times but no reply or help. I saw a 2nd charge on my account for the FULL amount and reached out immediately and they refused to help me. They offered to give me a CREDIT - which is NOT what I wanted since the service did not work for me. I have asked for escalation and an exception since I was unsatisified with their execution, responsiveness, and their compassion. At this point, I'm left with a bad experience, a credit for a service I don't want, and no compromise at all. Beware when using this service!!!

Pros: Access to expensive designer brands I typically wouldn’t buy Constantly rotating, new wardrobe Great while losing weight, post-baby, or changing sizes Works for everything: work, casual, vacation, weddings Customer service is helpful, fast, and has an easy chat function Never have to shop or try things on in stores Scratches the itch to “shop” while keeping costs to one monthly fee Limits laundry Easy deliveries and free FedEx pickup from your home You can buy items you really love at a deep discount Some items come new with tags Cons: Can be expensive — plans start at $99/month and go up to $249/month for unlimited swaps Some items have arrived more worn than expected (snags, pleats fallen out, denim shorts that seemed shrunken) Despite the occasional quality issue, it’s been worth it for me overall and fits my lifestyle really well. subpar selection, slow delivery, and confusing terms about the payments/credits with your plan. I've had positive and smooth experiences on other rental platforms.

I was really excited to try but unfortunately was very disappointed. Clothes looked dingy and showed too many signs of wear. I cancelled after my first delivery.
