I ordered an FMIC from ARM and I thought I ran into an issue with installing it. Ryan helped me out a lot and was very nice through out the entire process. I was able to find instructions on the install for a MK6 GLI. After the install I noticed the power difference (even tho I have a boost leak) and my car sounds like a tornado I taking in air now. Very satisfied with the product, looks great, sounds great, and had an amazing customer service experience.

I never heard of ARM Motorsports until just recently. I took a leap of faith and purchased a GTI downpipe to try out on my Tiggy. I contacted the team at ARM and received an email from Ryan, he was very helpful with his knowledge and interest in my project. So I got the downpipe, very quickly, I might add and installed it. Not a single issue with the product and basically bolted it in with the only issues being my midpipe which I had to modify. Now the car sounds great and I can even feel a slight difference between the old brandname downpipe, which didn't fit well at all. Now I'm getting ready to purchase their FMIC and charge pipes as well as their billet oilpan. I'm looking forward to a long prosperous partnership with ARM.

Extremely professional with excellent customer service!!! I overlooked a mistake in my email address when I purchased some parts through this website. My acknowledgment went to an invalid email address stating that I needed to confirm the difference in my shipping and billing addresses, because I never received a response I called the following week. Ryan found the issue immediately and once he learned I was distraught because this was a birthday present going to a well deserving son, he made the corrections and got my order processed quickly with an additional discount that I was unaware of being eligible for and free shipping!! My son’s birthday gift is set to arrive the day before his birthday and Ryan is my new hero!! Thanks so much!!

Probably one of, if not, the best customer service I have ever experienced from any company. I’ve been buying parts directly from these guys for more than five years now, and they’ve always spent the time to go over how things work, or answer any of my installation questions I might have. They’re super friendly, and seem to always go above and beyond. The prices they have for their parts is practically unheard of, especially considering the great quality of their parts and other products. I can’t honestly write a single negative thing about ARM. These guys rock. My most recent experience was the other day, I had ordered parts from them years ago, and finally got around to installing them, and I lost my stickers and a couple other things, and they immediately emailed me back and sent me a whole promo pack of a bunch of stuff. These guys are just undeniably cool as hell (haha). Glad to have had the many experiences I have had with them over the years of buying their parts. If you’re looking for a quality product, look no further.
