Everything was packed good I haven’t installed it yet waiting on tune from eqt but arm Motorsports is amazing from the buying process to the delivery

I purchased over $1000 dollars worth of parts, with free shipping. I decided that financially the parts didn’t make sense to install on my vehicle at this time and returned the parts. I had to pay for the return shipping which was about $45. When I was issued the refund, I was issued a refund for less than the full amount of what I paid. Upon inquiring I was notified that I must pay for the original advertised “free shipping”. It’s very deceptive and I would not have purchased these parts from them, knowing that I would have to pay for the free shipping and return shipping if I chose to return the parts. Furthermore, they pulled an arbitrary number out of nowhere as I used the exact same UPS shipping service, UPS ground, to return these parts and it was less than half the price that they are charging me for the original shipping. My question is how are you going to advertise free shipping and then when somebody returns the part charge them for the original free shipping it’s completely unprofessional. I would just simply not advertise free shipping.

My experience with ARM Motors, in particular Matt H. ,was top notch. No pressure, smooth and efficient. Knowledgeable and accessible, things that make purchasing a vehicle a pleasant experience !!!

They don't offer any support for the product. After 2 emails the customer service still doesn't understand what I'm asking even with sending pictures and clearly identifying the problem. Clueless and would not recommend this company. No Support

I have nothing to say except good things about the company! Recently had a defective part (after being installed on the car for 2-3 years) and they warrantied it with no issues. Had a hand full of other much more minor issues that they were also VERY helpful with. Great and honest company to deal with!

Love this downpipe! It shipped quick and it sounds amazing paired with the rest of my exhaust setup!

Bought some parts. Didn't work out for me. Would not pay for return shipping. Customer is stuck with it

Very great product. Bought the relocated inlets for my e60 535i and with a bit of work, they were able to fit right in. The only thing is bracket for the inlet cones are slightly wedged against the abs module. And the wiring for one of the boost solenoids are a little too short for the bracket. But I simple splice and extra wire got the job done. Overall very satisfied with the product and definitely feel a bit more torque at low rpm’s.
