I was shipped the wrong part which is not a big deal but then my email to return it was unanswered for 3 days. Once I called it was sorted out and handled quickly. Overall not terrible but needs improvement in the customer service side. Great products though!

Wanna give more stars for great communication, but the website did not mention the mid-pipe was out of stock when i ordered it. I did not find out that it was a month out (backordered) until after I purchased. Now I have a crosspipe that I'm sitting on and have to wait for the mid pipe to ship. They did let me know it was backordered about a month but at that point the crosspipe already shipped.

Got my pipe and converter quickly, which was great, ty. However after installation have been getting all kinds of engine codes thrown up now. Have to take it in and probably get a stage 2 tune which may or may not solve my problem, I checked with some other people who I know purchased different brands with cats as well and they've never had an issue with codes or needed a tune...maybe with a catless one but not catted.
