Having had less than pleasing service from other home warranty providers, I was suspicious about the provision of Armadillo. I must say, as a landlord who manages their own rentals Armadillo delivered. My first claim with them was managed swiftly and professionally and their team reached out to me consistently and personally to make sure my claim was resolved to my satisfaction. Many thanks all, glad you are my go to now for my properties.

If I could more stars I would! Most people hate home warranties, they always say they never pay! That is true with most, but not when Ilyssa is working for you! She will always go above and beyond to get the claims paid for our clients, and makes us look great during the whole process. We’ve had 95% of all claims that Ilyssa was part of get paid! And the 5% not paid was usually the client not providing the info required and following instructions. Stop looking you’ve found the best of the best with Ilyssa and Armadillo!
