Took a month before they came to my house to repair my AC compressor, then they bill my insurance people and said they did the job. And never did it. So when they come, they repaired it. But left everything behind, NOW I had to pay someone else to remove this big air compressor from my property. That like paying double, thinking about going back to AMS more but less hassle.

*** UPDATE*** Since my review, Someone did get back to me and I am hopeful the issue will be resolved. In good faith I am editing review from 1 star to 3 for now. I cannot get through by calling either of the numbers anytime I call them. I get a message saying I'm second in the queue or first in the queue and my wait time is 1 minute. Literally the four plus times that I've called, I've been on hold 45 minutes each time. That's not service after the sale to me and it's disappointing. I had to hire a plumber because I had a leak and pay him out of pocket. Now I'm trying to get reimbursement, and total radio silent and no call back.

I liked that I could sumbit estimates and receipta by email. onlune claim process easy. I chose to use my own technicians and get reimbursed. You have to keep calling service desk to get things processed or they wont check promtly for emails. They pay and processes ac condenser and evap coil as separate so be prepared they only pay for the parts that proven failed. They take more than 5 business days for approval.
