Not a good site for games it cuts you of if your winning and you can't get back to it I have not had a good experience yet with this site now given up

Three different times I've contacted the site when they featured the crossword clue "Jerusalem's country," with the answer being Israel. That is not an entirely true answer. Occupied East Jerusalem is part of Palestine - it's annexation is not recognized by International Law. I requested that they simply choose another clue that more clearly indicates the answer Israel, out of respect to Palestinian players, but i got no replies to my first complaints. After my third one they responded by saying they'd pass on my comment but wouldn't promise anything. For a company that professes to make their games inclusive, this seems a really tepid response. I'll no longer use the site.

where do you start trashing this trash? first the games are clearly fixed. Hundreds of games literally and 2 wins? Then they run the captcha because they ooze class. Oh, and half the time the games just sit there and spin until you restart the whole thing and go thru unnecessary steps and probably that wonderful 7 captchas again. And customer service??? Lie after lie but only after playing dumb to pretend they don't know what you are trying to convey. this site should be shut down and the operators, well use your imagination

This game site is very deceptive. They use InHabit code and Factives, in English this means they do a lot of deceptive things to try to make you keep playing. From setting up games you can't win (like a Mahjong layout) so you will try again. To having Bogus High Five People that do not exist popping up as you are about to end a game so you will feel like you have to give a high five and lose the game...and then try it again. They have bogus contests, no one ever wins the money, they just use it to keep you playing those games. It is all set up to keep you playing so their stats look good for sales and they also falsify their stats, they only have about a tenth of the players they say they do. People are right, customer service is non-existent. They say they promise a positive gaming environment with zero tolerance for hate speech and bullies. Yet when I was followed around by not one, but two trolls (a husband and wife) who took offense at something I said to neither of them (and not being mean BTW) I was threatened and harassed unmercifully for weeks. I contacted customer support who wouldn't do anything without screenshots so I began sending them and their response to this was to tell me to stop sending them any more reports and screenshots! One of the trolls was called EggOnToast and when I pointed out that this was a very vulgar slang expression and sent them the Urban Dictionary definition of it they still did not make them change their avatar. To add insult to injury I found out that this company is really based in Russia and only moved half their staff (50 people) to the United States to avoid sanctions. Whenever they will be about to get in trouble or are caught doing something illegal they then restructure either making the wife or the husband CEO or going to a board of the same five people, they alternate these restructuring patterns. This is not a site that is mentally or emotionally healthy. It is a rip off, a scam to both the players and the host websites who use them to try to boost traffic. ALL SHOULD STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! I am a geek and I could get into their website and see their programming and development scams.

love dragon bubbles saga but have stopped playing it does not load and when you complain they ask you too clear cookies and cache but its just a ploy

Worst gaming site ever! My sister and I lover Hurdle however we have both experienced dismal experiences!!!!! Slow, continues to glitch and put you in holding patterns and if you join you just get spammed by a bunch of people overseas. DONT USE IT!

Tired of the constant ads and constant lagging, takes forever to load (too many images and ads I bet). Used to be fun to play Hurdle every day, now it's just frustrating. Game is fun, web site is way too memory hogging, now it's just frustrating. Back to wordle, quordle and waffle.

Was very much enjoying playing Hurdle, despite the increasing number of ads and the time it takes to open each new 'page'. Now however, I can't even get the game to start, it won't open properly. See you later, hurdle.
