The steps to be verified were easy and fast I was all set to start the test also it was easy to access to take the test, I was able to use my smart phone which was a concern to me because I don't own a computer , very user friendly :)

Well, it started out a little rough getting picture id and ticket to you which led to me having to extend my court date but once it got going and the course started it was OK very dry, no pictures ha ha. All in all I made it and I'm glad its over, on a positive note I did learn quite a bit about Arizonas laws that I did not know before so thank you.

Some of the articles were long with TONS of information in them. I DO believe that all of the information included was important but I wonder if breaking them up into smaller segments and a few more questions on each assessment would be more helpful??🤷‍♀️ The entire process was well organized and easy to follow. It took me a couple of assessments to realize that I can go back after failing the quiz once and re-read the article to find the correct answers 😲🤪.

The entire process was very easy and straightforward. Document review was strikingly quick and a friendly representative contacted me with a link that brought me straight to the active course page. Getting my certificate and having payment sent directly to the court was wonderful. The courses themselves are very effective at establishing a sense of penance.

I liked the course. Tess Mendoza was really quick to get back to me and helped me out a lot. I wish there was a way to do a payment plan, as I struggled having the money to pay for the course. I understand how it works, and I am glad I was able to do it in time.
