Coming from someone with ADHD, the AI guy that is in their videos for each module; is EXTREMELY distracting. The facial movements are not natural and it pronounces certain words wrong and its speaking cadence is off occasionally. I was forced to rewind the videos several times as a result of these issues. I, personally, would appreciate the videos to be recorded of an actual human being as opposed to very strange AI. Therefore, given my particular disability, I sincerely hope this business will take that into consideration for the future, given the extra time it takes to complete the course for people with ADHD. It already takes extra time for me in general, but I couldn't even watch these videos. I had to listen to them because it was just too bizarre and distracting to watch a pretend human try to teach a course.

How long is the class?

The course was pretty boring and a bit outdated. I did learn a lot though. I wish it wasn’t timed, so that I would have gotten it done faster and not zone out all the time. Maybe some humor would keep it interesting and help us retain information? Tess Mendoza was very helpful to me. Thank you!

after calling in to nise i changed my review, they worked hard to help me. hard to sign in. has nise.co. at address. no period on end. When I pointed that out lady said thats at end of sentence. Yes, but in this case confusing and made it hard, com works but doesn't go thru. Answer. Put in parenthesis to not put period at end of co when putting on email. Not that hard. i am not the first, why not make it EASY and nice. She said been doing it this way for five years. Great for her. I havent' used internet in 5 years when theres a dot in email i thought you used it. Hmmmmmm make it easy. damned expensive too. All companies pretty greedy though. After entire experience, not that bad. y

The first test, an answer is incorrect, you have to choose an incorrect answer to move on, very frustrating! Better price than most others.

While the online system was easy to navigate, I found it poorly written. I am not a scholar, but the grammar and spelling errors were annoying and distracting. It took me about 1/2 the time allotted for each section. I realize that the holding time added up to the required class time to meet state standards. This again was annoying. Finally, I found that the entire course as a narrative was terribly boring. Some interactive and/or video presentations would be more engaging for students. This is surely possible with todays technology.

Links to videos on YouTube should be updated. Only one video was able to be accessed/viewed due to the fact that the videos were no longer available. Timers on each slide to be proportioned to the amount of information on the slide. Some slides only one or 2 sentences and did not need 1 minute and 45 seconds to read through.

I found the flow of the course very well done. What was a stumbling block was the mistakes in English though out the entire course. There were many times I thought someone had converted a PDF document using Word. An example is the work "ticket" was written as "take", this occurred several time. Someone would review the language in the entire course to make it more understandable.
