Due to countless spelling, punctuation and grammar errors the content is nearly impossible to understand. Reading the content requires you to make your own corrections as you progress. As a result, it becomes difficult to pass the tests. I had to retake almost every single quiz. I doubt that the test scores mean anything, however the $239 fee to take the course is the important part. Next time Id rather deal with points on my insurance than slog through this extremely badly written content. "Brakes" on your car is spelled "Breaks." Even the section heading is misspelled!! How do you miss that? Does anyone edit this stuff? And hundreds more mistakes. Weather instead of whether. What the heck? It's awful.

Online class went way past 4 hours. No where close. I was on the buttons and clicking to the next one almost immediately. Each slide keeps you in it for 1.75 minutes, some more, a lot of the videos said I don’t have access to view them. One slide made me stay on it for 12+ minutes on the time and it was only a 2 minute video. It took almost 6 hours to complete, and that is still giving them credit…They have multiple tests throughout and then at the end you have to take a final test. Go in person, will save yourself a headache from watching the screen so long.

None of the videos worked - they were all from a private channel. The pacing of the information was odd, with some pages containing just a couple sentences, and others containing paragraphs all to be read in the same amount of time. I found the identity verification questions after each and every section to be irritating - unsure if this is AZ law for these sorts of courses or not. Very wordy, not enough visuals. I appreciated that it wasn’t very difficult, so that’s a plus. But a little more effort could make this slightly less painful.
