well thought out class

Tess Mendoza (sp?) was very quick to get my info in so I could take the test. I didn't realize that when they gave you an extension you STILL had to do it 7 days before that extension date. She worked past the hours that is posted that you were open. So thank YOU TESS!

Easy to use. Responds quickly.

Much of the grammar and syntax was really difficult. It is almost like the author was trying to impress people with their vocabulary by using really big words. Unfortunately, the word choice was often times inappropriate and left me puzzled as to why that particular word choice was made. This was true for the first half of the lessons. It is as if the course material was written by an under educated person just trying to make themselves look 'important' by tossing around random big words.

The course was easy to sign up for and easy to follow along and complete. I found it a learning experience and now know a LOT more about laws specific to Arizona.

Very easy course to take for individuals that have a busy schedule. The online option was a life saver and very thorough on the mobile. I’ve made 2 calls to customer service, Eleanor answered both calls, and she was friendly and helpful.

Very helpful, convenient online course and best price!

The timer ran about twice as long as I needed to read each component. Other than that it was ok.
