The new Arhaus store in Colorado Springs is horrible. They have moved my delivery date multiple times and can not commit to anything. I talked to someone last week and they said a desk I ordered would be in by the end of the week and delivered by October 31, 2022. Today I called and they said it might be in by the end of November, after I made plans to have furniture moved this week. They are liars, don't live up to their commitments, and are rude. Don't buy Arhaus and for sure don't buy anything from the Colorado Springs store.

I will NEVER purchase from Arhaus. For the amount of money I spent, the least I deserve is a person to speak to in case of any issues. I did the mistake of purchasing online. My order was completely messed up . It’s been a month of futile back & forth on emails with 4 diff customer reps , I’m still waiting for resolution . They don’t have any support during the weekend . And weekdays - it takes for ever to get through to a human . I’m stuck with wrong order with no hope for issue resolution. Never ever again! I thought I was purchasing a luxury brand. Lil did I know they hVe RH price for customer service worst than value chain furniture store. In store reps refused to help us - despite our repetitive attempts to get through to someone online. Essentially we have been left on an island with no choice but live with EXPeNsive wrong furniture.

I purchased the Euclid Writing Desk and matching Double Bookcase (both Boulder Grey) from Arhaus in the Spring of 2021, and both pieces were delivered in July of 2021. During the first week of October 2022, I noticed the finish wearing off the front of the desk. I called Arhaus customer service on October 12, 2022, and was informed that furniture finish is not covered under the Arhaus warranty, not even if the finish started wearing off the day after delivery. I do not blame anyone but myself for feeling ripped off because my gut was telling me at the time of purchase that Arhaus wood furniture was poor quality. A lot of Arhaus furniture looks and feels cheap in person. But live and learn. I will never purchase anything from Arhaus again, and Arhaus does not care. Poor quality products and bad customer service will eventually put Arhaus out of business.

Poor customer service. Will string you along for months on delivery times with no end in sight and hold your 50% deposit hostage. Have bought several pieces in the past, but never again. From looking at other recent reviews on various forums I'm not alone.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I’ve been waiting for this Hattie cabinet since January of this year. It was finally delivered in August but 2 delivery men dropped it right in front of my home as it fell off their little dolly. 🤦‍♀️ It was just too heavy for them. It totally broke and was too damaged to keep so I had to decline the delivery. Arhaus told me they would send me another one and would be delivered the end of September, which is the end of this month. Arhaus also told me it’s at the delivery company. I never received any info or a tracking # on this. So I called Fragile PAC and they have no information that a cabinet is to be delivered to me. I keep getting the run around from Arhaus. This has been THE WORST experience ever. I PAID in FULL $4,000 including shipping back in January… 10 MONTHS AGO for the 46” glass Hattie cabinet that I don’t even have. 🤷🏼‍♀️😡😭NOT WORTH IT ORDERING! I say buy elsewhere!!!!!!

Extremely poor quality, I purchased a brand new sectional and it started piling really badly three months later. I was under the impression when I purchased it that Arhaus was a “ great company” and had some “ respect” for their clientele however when I reached out to address this not only did I have to put up with poor customer service but no solution was presented or even offered for the low quality of furniture I was deceived into investing in. The comfort in the product is there I won’t deny but the quality is nonexistent especially for it to be a “high end” or “luxury” brand I would advise you not be fooled and opt for furniture stores that actually sell what they advertise.

The furniture is fine but the customer service and billing department is a joke. I ordered 2 pieces online from their site, gave my credit card number like any typical online purchase and Arhaus only charged me for 1 item. I didn’t realize this until a bill showed up from collections months later. I was shocked and honestly thought it was a scam. After calling Arhaus and spending about 3 hours making phone calls and being on hold I payed the amount owed. I’m still get letters and the nightmare has not gone away. I’m taking time again today to fix the mistake they originally made. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else because they quite literally don’t know what their doing over there. Waste of time!!!

We purchased 2 dining table end chairs in Feb 2021. When they delivered in Nov 2021 they were the wrong chairs. So the took them back and reordered the two chairs. In Aug 2022 they delivered the correct 2 chairs but one of them had the front two legs broke. So we have one and they are still in the process of getting me the replacement for the broken chair. Don’t buy from Arhaus. You can make them your self quicker and for half the price.
