We are truly sorry to see this review, as we had already been in communication with you prior to this being posted and want to clarify what happened on our end. 💜 When you reached out to us, we immediately canceled your subscription and your last order. We were in the process of issuing your refund when we discovered that a chargeback had already been opened, which unfortunately took the situation completely out of our hands. Chargebacks block us from processing any refund directly, as the funds are held by your bank during the investigation. We want to be very clear: we promised you a refund from the very beginning and we stand by that promise. However, we can only process it once the chargeback investigation is fully closed and a verdict is issued. That process is entirely controlled by your bank and is unfortunately something we have no power over. Please rest assured that once the investigation is resolved on our end, we will honor our commitment to you. We also want to address the phone number concern. At this time, Arctic Goddess does not have a customer service phone line. Our support is handled exclusively via email and we are always happy to assist you there.
