Arctic Goddess customer service was amazing! They were able to remediate a situation for me fast and I felt super supported. Outstanding service!

Great customer service! Friendly and fast!

I got a quick response and my issue was resolved. Polite and efficient, I love it!

The customer service is very fast, the representative was courteous and on point. The rep got to root of my issue and handled it within a couple of emails. Thank you for being courteous, understanding and professional.

At first I lost weight and felt better but then it stopped. Also good luck getting ahold of them. They don’t have a phone # that I could find. I requested that the shipment/subscription stopped. They refused sent product and will not refund. I have complained to PayPal and FTC

I love the Arctic Goddess supplements, I have been taking them for about 3 month now. Being in my pre-menopaused part of my life I have noticed my hormones have started to balance out, I have lost inches on my waist, and the bloating has calmed down, This combination of herbs and reindeer organs is working extremely well and I don't see myself stopping anytime soon, it is apart of my daily routine.

Love the product and the support team is awesome. The only thing that needs a little work is the shipping is a little slow. I am completely running out before my next bottle is delivered. Other than that awesome product

I placed the order before finding out from my Healthcare Professional that my body cannot process bovine products. I contacted customer support and they immediately helped me. Gave me instructions as to where to send my unopened product, and when I provided the tracking number, they sent me my refund! Great experience! Wish I could've actually tried product!
