i wrote support for Arctic Goddess supplement that i got a broken glass bottle and one that was fine. i did not ask for replacement because it could have been the post office handling problem. BUT WITHIN A FRW HOURS— i got a nice letter of apology and the note they are sending me replacement right away!!! Wow such class!!! must be a good company!!

I received my first order, and one of the jars was broken in the original box (shipping box and product box didn’t show any visible damage). I sent pictures and customer service immediately sent out a replacement order. Excellent service. I’ve been taking them now for a couple weeks and am excited to see how they can benefit me. I have noticed I feel a little lighter and better overall so far. I will be giving them a solid few months to see where it’ll take me. I've been taking animal organ supplements from different brands and Arctic Goddess is by far the best. I see a significant change in my hormonal levels.
