I had an issue with my original order
I had an issue with my original order. It was lost with the hand off between DHL and the post office. I contacted Arctic Goddess customer service and heard back immediately . They offered to replace or refund. I chose replace and will receive the product soon! Thank you, Arctic Goddess!
