I ordered a dog tag "bumper" to eliminate the sound of our dog's tags clinking together. Product was as described and it felt like it arrived right after I ordered it. Great experience.

I only ordered one product from the company but three different times. Every time it was delivered in less than a week. We are in North Pole Alaska and very often we wait for over three weeks before orders arrive from other shippers. It was shipped in USPS flat rate box which is the least expensive way to ship to Alaska. It's obviously fast as well. I received e-mails on the status of an order right away. I also want to say that when I first started looking for the product (Lori bird food) I could not find it anywhere locally even though I bought the bird locally at Petco. Now Petco carries the food again but they charge $32 for a pound of it and I paid $60 at Arcata for 10 pounds of it plus $12 shipping. That is five to times more food for the money! I will be checking out other products as well. Very good choice of company!

I have bought these several times before. They are the perfect sanitary diapers for when your dog is in heat. I love that they are thin and not bulky and uncomfortable. My last female never bothered with them, I have a new pup that is almost 6 months so I got some for just in case. I wish they had more than 1 pair though!

and good pricing. I had to order a Comfort Cone for my pup - and, because I didn't plan well - I needed a rush delivery. Unfortunately, the rush shipping made the item way too expensive but because it WAS PERFECT for our Jackson post-surgery, it was actually worth it.
