Smooth transaction. Order arrived swiftly and as described. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I found what I was looking for easily, a beautiful collar, right size. I enclosed a note, thank you and received a handwritten message: You're very welcome, with a smiley face. This made me feel good! The order came super fast, shipping was less than expected. I am very happy!

I found just what I was looking for. Prices are reasonable and delivery was very fast. Order with confidence.

I put in an order for several of the same item- a squeaking football that is, for whatever reason, the one and only toy my rescue dog will play with (he never played with anything before this). Upon delivery, however, there was one toy that did not squeak. I contacted the company by email and heard back within minutes (from a person!), despite the fact that it was late in the evening. They sent me a free replacement immediately with their apologies for not catching it, and without asking for a return. It came within three days. It's one thing to place an order through a company, it's another to see how they handle any mistakes. I fully recommend ordering from Arcata Pet.

Love that this is one of the few stores that carries this product for the price they do. I've been buying them from Arcata for some 3 or 4 years now. Won't look anywhere else for this crock!

I have been looking for a certain type of leash to buy in bulk, due to my fostering of dogs, and this website provided the best deal. I received the package very fast and I was impressed with the quality of the leash. Thank you so much for helping me be a better foster parent!!

Found the grains and greens seeds for my canary and song food and color food at a great price- items shipped fast and packed well- seed was fresh and properly sealed. They emailed me when they shipped the box with a tracking #. I would order from Arcata Pet again! Vanessa C

I was pleased that their priority mailing actually shipped with priority mail speeds. I say that because they have so many warnings about shipping times that it makes you wonder if anything will get there on time. Silly to mention? Maybe. But I think a simple statement of average shipping times, when they ship packages, and then stating that "no times can be guaranteed, for delivery issues, please contact the carrier" would have sufficed. I like that their motto is real people contacting you, but I do wish there was more of it through the order process. I also like that I'm not signed up for some random mailing list with continual sales and advertisements like I've had on other websites. But, the product was exactly what we were looking for, fits our needs perfectly, and noone else had it, not even Amazon, so definitely would do business with them again.
