The transaction itself was efficient and quick delivery but the product sadly didn't state correct sizing. I bought an opti-visor for my chihuahua - she had eye surgery and will be vision impaired after. I thought it would be something wonderful to protect her eyes if she walked into something but sadly, even following the sizing specifications it does not fit her. Because I put it together (of course to see if it fit) my understanding is it cannot be returned.

FOR THAT PRICE I WILL NOT PAY. SORRY THAT I WON'T BE BUYING ARCANA 25 LB. DOG FOOD FOR THAT KIND OF PRICE.

Exactly what I wanted. But one package did not come with the connectors but the other package had some so it's all good.

Our 28 year old name Popeye eats a product called Nekton Lori. This company not only was able to get it they had it in stock. They also had pretty bird fruit pellets designed for Lori's It was shipped out the same day and arrived a day early. Popeye is one happy Lori and highly recommends this company

The company itself is great. They were very quick in sending our product. Unfortunately our cat loved the product way too much that he swallowed it and we had to spend 1000 dollars today on a 4 dollar toy to unobstruct our kitty. He swallowed 32 inches of elastic

I ordered a NovaGuard collar. Upon arrival it did not fit properly. I called and they. We're quick to offer suggestions. And had another size sent immediately. I unfortunately had to pay shipping again to get the replacement, and the cost of shipping to return the wrong size was so expensive it wasn't worth making the return. But they tried to help and I recommend the company. Not however the Novaguard, as the new size also didn't work and actually scrapped my dogs head to the point of bleeding, and I am out a lot of money in shipping and product.
