Very satisfied with the purchase but didn't receive 5 stars due to lack of follow up communication after initial order confirmation. Only a order confirmation, and that's it. They actually have fine print to state that is all they email. Post purchase communication could be a little enhanced. Otherwise a fluid transaction.

I ordered 2 'talking' koalas. They are almost too cute to give to the dogs! They giggle when squeezed, and the giggle is infectious. They were reasonably priced and were shipped extremely fast. Will shop here again.
