My husband went to get dinner and myself and 4 boys were eating, my sandwich was supposed to be without tomato so I took it apart and as I was taking the tomato off, a huge, long, what looked to be a blond or gray hair came out of my sandwich. I called and the restaurant and the MANAGER argued with me about a wrapped sandwich that came out of a bag from a car with 4 boys and a daddy who is bald. That’s BS if I ever heard any!! I will not go to Arby’s in Mountain Iron ever again!!!!

I would leave zero stars if possible. I ordered the Chicken Salad Sandwich. It arrived with at least 1/3 of the bread not having any chicken salad on it at all. The chicken salad that was on the bread was mostly apple and grapes. A waste of $5.98. Store #06851, Hampton Cove, Alabama.

I have looked forward to trying the Gyro for some time. Disappointed is an understatement, so nasty.

Posted hours match the internet, excepting (instead of 11pm on Sundays) the Dine In are 8. Sat yelling for service at the drive THRU, at 8:12pm. Drove to window and got a shoulder shrug from the girl working inside. Tried drive thru again then left. No cop cars, no crime apparently. This is unethical, wrong, and (I believe), illegal! This was my first visit in Terrell,Texas I placed my order with La'Quana and had to repeat my self twice. Instead of getting what I asked for (Beef n cheddar) all I got was plain beef. So disappointed

Yeah, the Pecan Chicken Salad is back - tried both wrap & sandwich. Very disappointing the amount of chicken salad on both. Wrong size of scoop being used?? Lots of lettuce & bread or tortilla - both of which are good, but they overwhelmed the amount of chicken salad - especially compared to past years.

If I could leave a -star I would. Arby’s in jesup ga is absolutely s**t every time I have been there they have never been able to get my order correct. The employees are always very busy doing something else, seems like just playing, this will be the last time I ever go there.
