2 weeks in a row I've been to the Arby's in Palm Bay Florida. Asking about the $1. Root beer float...always the same answer...our machine is down...really? Then take your ad down & off the menu board...I waited in a long line only to be told a 2nd week in a row...the same thing.!? I like this pla e for the Ruben sandwich & roast beef sandwiches! But this was just sad! Don't try the chicken salad sandwich...it's awful...no chicken...good luck finding any or and at all in it...very stingy...it's embarrassing...take it off the menu if you don't want to make a decent sandwich! Please.

We walked in and Parker walked used to the counter and greeted us in and asked if we need help with anything, and was really friendly, and they got us are food pretty quickly at least I thought and they called it out and said sorry that it took so long, he was really funny and friendly. All in all it was another great experience!!!

Well I went through the drive through ordered my meal and when I got it I had no meat on my sandwich and my cup was all sticky on the outside. That’s is the worst experience I’ve ever had a a drive through the store number was #6486. Will never go back to that one again.

We went we went to the drive-thru at Arby's in the guy rip this off. We went through and bought two for six Arby's and ask for two drinks of water which they gave us we got up to the window we gave him a $20 bill and they gave us $3 in ones and some change and the change she dropped on the ground Underground I reach down out of the car and picked it up she never said she was sorry or anything we got down to where the wastepaper basket is and realize she didn't give us enough change so we drove right around and got right up to the window again and told her that that was not enough change that she owed us that $10 yet the man came up to the window and said he would have to count the drawers to find out she was standing right there I don't know why she couldn't tell him that we just gave her $20 bill but these supposedly counted the money drawer he didn't seem to know how anyway he said the drawer checked out fine and I told him that I didn't care that I gave her a $20 bill and only got change for 10 well I kind of looked at me stupid and stood there for a while and then he decided he'd give me the $10 never said he was sorry or nothing just here's the tan just really rude and we left we won't be coming back we don't like rude service or getting ripped off

I ALWays Give credit when credit is due. Arby’s on Apple in Muskegon mi drive thru. Cars 10+ deep, averaging a minutes or less each car. Food was deliciius

Went to the Rock Falls, Il Arby’s and the service was phenomenal! Allison (the manager; we asked) was the most kind and friendly person ever! We will come back just because of how she treated us! This is what service should be! Thanks Arby’s!! Oh yeah, the food was absolutely delicious ❣️

Every time I go to this location in Port Charlotte I am short something so sick and tired of going there and being short every time . Wish they could get somebody that knows how to put everything in your bag that you ordered.
