Purchased a fish sandwich, fries and drink combo At Whitehall Arby’s. The sandwich tasted like it was reheated in the microwave. The ends were hard and the fries were lukewarm. Was very disappointed.

We went to Arby's on Hwy 70 SE Hickory NC. At the drive thru the female working immediately took our order. When we pulled up to the window to pay, the car in front of us drove off. We should have known something was up at the moment he drove off. Instead we waited at the window for 20 minutes and cars were piling up behind us. A few minutes later another car drove off. I tried calling the restaurant and after 5 rings it went to the fax machine. After 20 minutes nobody had came to the window to explain the delay or take our money. The dining room was dimly lit. The store hours written on the window said 10am-10pm. We arrived at 11:15am & drove off empty handed at 11:45am. We were very angry & disappointed with the lack of service we didn't get. Anyone could have came to the window to let us know what was going on but nobody ever came. The girl kept taking orders & cars kept piling up behind us! I tried calling the restaurant at 4:30pm to speak to the manager and get an explanation for my disappointing experience earlier that day & again the phone rang 5 times & went to the fax machine. I don't know about your cell phone but mine doesn't have a fax machine does yours? Crappy service, lack of respect for the customers and I won't be returning to that restaurant ever again & I'm sharing my experience on my social media accounts Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Google & every media outlet in my area!

I have ordered from Arby's several dozen times. The food is good, and the orders are fulfilled accurately, but prices are high compared to other fast food restaurants. Furthermore, there are very few special deals or promotions at any time. I have tried the Arby's mobile app, but it doesn't really have anything interesting going on; it is basically just a list of menu items. Arby's will have to up its game if it wishes to compete with other companies that deliver a better value.

It look like someone just do it together and through it together and put it in a box and gave it to me this is unacceptable if I spend my money I expect you're high quality food and the side salads are not fresh..

After a long day at work, i had a refreshing experience at the drive thru of store #5628 in Paris Texas. the worker, Curtiera, was very pleasant and up beat , professional and seemed to enjoy her job. We need more like her.

The girl who checked us at the window almost dropped our drinks on me. She turned around and started to talk to co workers. The food had been out under the light not fresh. Order was over $$30 you could tell they all didn't want to be there. Arbys needs high up people to In spect them as they are working...Arbys on hy way 72 west.
