The crispy chicken sandwich was cold in the middle and just thrown together. Was not able to eat!!! The beef and cheddar was not hot and very sloppy. All the beef was on half the bun. A big waste of money. The lemonade was good.

So here's the thing I love Arbys I don't have one where i live so its a treat when we get to go to one. But because of stupid ass covid it ruined everything so instead of raising your prices you skimmped on the meat i got barely a bite of roast beef on all of my sandwiches and all bread... this is crap... never going back again.. not a good way to keep customers coming back.

Went to the Arby’s on south Western and 89th, the customer experience from one of the so called managers not very great. I didn’t catch her name, she’s very rude to the customers and employees, I will not recommend or return due to this employee.

My husband likes to eat at our neighborhood Arby's but I keep having bad experiences. Cold sandwiches, stale bread, cold burnt french fries etc. The last 3 times I went they overcharged me and didn't know how to fix the mistake. I understand that it is hard finding help but at least hire people who care that your food is good. Sorry but you have lost a customer forever. I will give someone the benefit of the doubt but to have and order messed up every time is too much. Store #5325

The new Abys cheesesteak sandwich, is all hype. Tried the sandwich, when a friend of mine brought it. It is a small sandwich about 6 inches. and is not a thick as advertised. The ingredients are the right one for a cheesesteak sandwich but it is poorly season. I don't recommend this due to the cost(which should be a 1$ less) I can recommend the market wrap and the gyro

Coshocton ohio lady took order tryed to over charge by 6$. Then when she redid our order so it was correct she didnt put back in the correct sandwiches. She didn't know how to give change out of a cash order. Took longer just trying to get that right. After waiting for about 15 minutes got the order. I didn't realize she didnt put the right sandwiches in and took them back up she informed me they dont take them back. So I informed her that I wanted the correct order. Had to wait again. Not a happy camper.
