Not coming back without potato cakes.

WHAT IS WITH ARBY'S ???? ONCE AGAIN NO RECEIPT. LOVELAND, CO And please give sizers to them to clip coupons.....Arby's was rude to me.

I was at Arby's in Gahanna Ohio it took half my lunch break to go through the drive-thru and they did not give me the proper change back even after I told them it was wrong so I just left it was horrible

Food was cold and very sloppy. Never again.

First time to give a review that is terrible. I think this world is bad enough, without a constant tear down. However, I went to Arby's in Papillion tonight. I was looking forward to the Chicken Cheddar Ranch. What a joke. Two OVERCOOKED tiny beast tenders was not worth the almost $8.00 I paid for it. Truly a disappointment.

Shake machine was down. Shrugged that off. Asked for arbys sauce and horsey sauce at the window. Waited a few minutes for the chicken nuggets no biggie. As the chicken came out was asked what sauce. We received our order correctly except for curly fries instead of crinkle and no horsey or arbys sauce. The employee was nice enough but with the shake machine down and missing sauces, I will give them a few months before I return.

I want to put on the record every single time we order from vestal arbys they always forget something or don't do the order correctly! I drove off tonight thinking it was good get home to missing food, old curly fries mind you I spent 47.47 there! Try to call the restaurant five times for it to only ring! During the day they have rude people working and that's putting it nicely! The only reason I go back is because of the market fresh sandwiches otherwise I wouldn't ever go again!

I had the new rib sandwich at arby's.. it is the worst sandwich I've ever had. They have to bring back the potato cake and get rid of those terrible fries.
