The Arby's in Evergreen Alabama is AMAZING! Jacques took our order, and went above and beyond to be friendly and efficient. Our food was fresh and our order was correct. The inside of the restaurant was clean. We travel through often and will definitely be back!"

We were so happy when a new Arby's came on Horizon Ridge. Of course is completely clean in crate workers although B7 for some reason. I couldn't believe the salt content in the Gyros. And the brisket smells so bad I threw it out that was $6.50. Maybe this is been Arby's all long certainly our review doesn't I mean this location only. I request the salty half off all sandwiches let's make more healthy dude I will not be back

I have always had good experiences with Arby's, but tonight I waited in the outside line after ordering for more than 1/2 hour. Then when I got home the sandwiches I ordered were roast beef and I ordered bacon swiss chicken. Spent over $15.00 and did not enjoy our supper that night for sure.

I completely get that maybe the workers don't want to be busy or maybe it's the manager but to not turn on the parking lot lights to where it is a danger to the customers making the curve around the parking lot is absolutely absurd I have pictures of how dark it is in the parking lot I guess maybe they'll learn when an insurance claim is filed from smacking the pole this hits to measure the height I will no longer go to a restaurant that puts me in danger of driving because they choose to keep it completely dark so they're not busy not to mention how they always seem to run out of the product that is on the menu every single night and then say oh sorry we just ran out
