Brisket sandwich
I just ordered the Arby's brisket sandwich for the first time and when I got it home I took the bun off the top and there was so little meat that I thought they forgot to put it on. Not worth the price

I ordered a sourdough ham, egg & cheese sandwich, but not quite. Located in a truck stop, serving a breakfast menu, you're out of eggs at 9:00 am?? It appears that eggs on a sandwich increase the price by about a dollar, yet no discount for the sandwich without the egg which you don't have or the inconvenience to the customer? The self serve station was out of ketchup & napkins, indoor trash cans were full, yet all cashiers were leaning on their machines, chatting away to each other. I was the only customer in the restaurant. I found it a little ironic since they're inside a Love's truck stop which is traditionally just the opposite with employees constantly cleaning, restocking & checking with customers. I don't eat in Arby's a lot. This one was convenient to my location. I'll try again to see if this is the norm or a one off.

I went through the drive thru in Davison MI and they missed my leg curly fried and 4 pc mozzarella sticks. I had to go back through to get my fries and mozzarella sticks and they only gave me mozzarella sticks. I am beyond mad. I was picking up lunch for the staff and missed some things. Now someone does not have their whole lunch. This needs to get better.

I recently stopped eating meat. I know Arby's is all about the "meats" but I shouldn't be punished just because I don't eat it? I ordered a market fresh wrap and asked for no meat and extra veggies. I was charged "extra" because I had the vegetables added?? I said but I didn't order meat? The manager said her inventory would be off if she didn't up charge me? I said well, your meat inventory is gonna be off to because I didn't get any? Maybe should deduct from the cost for that???? Also, the prices just went up AGAIN. From now on, if I don't have a coupon, I won't be going!

Gave my boyfriend raw meat, like not even a little bit cooked, raw meat in his sandwich. So disgusting and gross. Tryna get him sick and stuff. There was no rush or anything like that. So unprofessional!

I have NEVER eaten at Arby's in my life. However, a new one was built nearby and I saw an ad for the "limited time only" cheese steak. I went inside to see the interior of the business. 2 customers in front of me were looking in the back for a cashier to take their order. The drive thru had 6 cars in it. After about two minutes, a cashier, Tonya, took their order. I was next and explained that I was a "first timer" and wanted to try the cheese steak. I ordered the spicy one and asked what they put on it to make it spicy. I was told a BBQ sauce. $5.99 plus tax for sandwich only! The couple after me had coupons and were trying to decide what they wanted. After they had each decided what they wanted that was available on the coupon sheet they tried to order a sandwich with cheddar cheese. Nope, Tonya said that they were out of cheddar. Next, they decided on a plan B selection. They tried to order another sandwich, I couldn't hear which, but I heard Tonya say to them that they were out of that sauce too! I took my sandwich home, opened it up and inspected it to see if Arby's really "had the meat?! My sandwich was adequately mixed with onions and peppers and a "decent" amount of meat. However, the added BBQ sauce was heavily applied to the sandwich at the fold and it was overpowering, not spicy. It should be called the BBQ cheese steak! Soggy bun and over-sauced. I won't be back and as previous reviews have noted, evidently running low on cheese and additives is not uncommon at this chain. Waste of $5.99! Store #08197

Got a fresh batch of coupons in the mail, and decided to try a new sandwich being advertised. Grabbed an extra coupon for a different sandwich just in case, as well as for other sides. They didn't have the advertised sandwich, and didn't have all the needed parts for Plan B. Ordered Plan C, but not the sides as they were out of those also. Now, with my handful of coupons, was told that since I didn't have the correct one, they couldn't accept what I had. Didn't seem to matter to anyone that they didn't have any of the sandwiches that I did have coupons, and the there was a sandwich coupon in the same ad, but alas, I didn't bring it with me. I understand the supply chain issue, but they seem to suffer more than most. I'm not sure that it is a local versus a national issue. Likewise, staffing is problematic these days as well. However, there is an element of customer service that can be taught to new employees quickly, but apparently has not been. Local issue? I started frequenting Arby's more than 50 years ago in Chicago, but I'm afraid this was in fact the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back!
