Wrong order no receipt given manager wanted to make it right but we live too far from town to go back for it to not cost us more in fuel than the 4 dollars that we lost

I went to Arbys to order some food and when I went to order the potato cakes I was told they no longer serve them... I pulled out of the line and went somewhere else. All my family and friends are completely unhappy. we spend alot of money there and have decided to let them bury their own selves. I know that their popullarity has totally went to hell...

Had the crispy fish & it was cold..had to Waite for fresh fries , they mixed them in with the old got mostly old fries ,what ever happen to fresh food.Just because you use drive through they figure they can give you junk

I ordered a french dip and small curly fries, I got a french dip, but thought I'd paid for both. I failed to get a receipt, and it was too far to drive back after getting home and finding the fries missing. I checked my credit card and was charged $10.56. The total I was told for both was $8.60. I complained to arby's complaint department. They got right back to me, and told me they were sending out a 'complimentary' card I could use at any arby's. I never got the card. I wrote to their complaint department and asked them why they never sent it, and what were they doing about overcharging my card. I have yet to hear back from them. I will not be buying anything from arby's ever again, and will be bad-mouthing them every chance I get.

Williamsport pa staff is RUDE as always. Last time I ever go there.

Other than receiving a sandwich with a dry, stale bun, a very noticeable lack of roast beef in the sandwich, cold curly fries, a regular size drink that is so flimsy that holding the container the top pops off spilling the beverage, and ordering unsweet ice tea and receiving sweet ice tea, everything else was fine. The manager did try to make the situation better, but now I remember why I don't go to Arby's very often. My memory apparently only lasts about a year long.

The fries were pure grease, maybe refried! The french dips were microwaved and only got 1 dip for 2 sandwiches. The gyro was not edible, not even feed to my dog!!!! This was at lunch hour, now I see why never busy!

I rarely go to Arby's, but there is a location, store # 380 in Jackson, MI that has brought me back a number of times. The food is always hot when served. It tastes amazing. I love the Jalapeño Poppers with the Bronco Berry sauce. The Gyro's are delicious too. This location is extra special because of the friendly, knowledgeable staff. Jeremiah, Jake and Darion have lifted my spirts on a tough day. They speak kindly to customers and with each other. Jeremiah is especially adept and talented with customer service! Thank you so much Jake, Jeremiah and Darion! You, in addition to the great food, make the Arby's experience great.
