The ribeye meat used in your sandwich is poor quality with tendon & gristle throughout!! If your gonna promote & entertain a Steak sandwich, plus charge a premium at over $10, then it needs to be of Good quality!!! Shame on you!! Stick to what you know!!! This not only isn't worth the price, it's very poor!👎

Went to Arby's on Pio Nono in Macon Ga. On 9 Feb 2023 at1050 AM . Door was locked even though someone was sitting in dinning area. No one ever came to the door.

I was traveling cross country with my family and we happened to be in Gulfport, Mississippi on Christmas Eve. My family and I ordered about $62 worth of food online and when we went to pick it up from the store (#1907) we found that it was closed. The manager (Aaron Sampson) was so helpful the next day when I called that even though I had to wait 2 months for my refund from corporate he was going to make sure I got my money back. Aaron offered us meals out of his own pocket, he was kind and patient and put me at ease by making sure to stay in contact until I actually received my refund. If you ever go cross-country through Gulfport, Mississippi and you’re hungry, stop and see Aaron and Arby’s (#1907)… best service you’ll ever get! 🔥

The Steakhouse Garlic Ribeye was mostly gristle and very tough to eat. It was constantly getting stuck in my teeth. The Sandwich was tasteless. I would never recommend the Steakhouse Garlic Ribeye sandwich to anyone. I gave a 1 star review because there isn't an option for a negative amount.

Just had the fish sandwich and OMG it is so good! Best fish sandwich I've ever had. My husband and brother agree. It is big and oh so flaky

arbys in kingsport tn on sullivan gardens parkway HAS ROACHES && i know this because i used to work there and they are just plain nasty i wouldnt eat there or work there , employes DO DRUGS in the bathroom and some employes smoke vapes in the coolers and out the back door && THE MANGERS GIVE FREE FOOD TO THERE FAMILY EVEN THE MAIN BOSS MARYBETH GIVE FREE FOOD TO HER FAMILY! My father in a law had to sit at the speaker box for 30 mins to get someone to take his order and they still didnt take it until he went to window he had to beat on the window to get there attention because EVERYONE WAS JUST STANDING AROUND TALKING & ON THERE PHONES!!!!!!!! & They still messed his order up!!!This store needs to be shut down forever or get new workers even new mangers

I did rate this as 5 star because Arby's (Chico Ca) I had asked for hot fries and they delivered. But I'm sad that they're burgers are no longer on the menu. A limited time. Ugggg :( They're burgers are better than others and I'm sad to see them go.
