The order was incomplete. My reimbursement would not be over the phone. I would suggest hiring people that possess basic reading and math skills. My disappointment extended into the partial order I received, the taste was poor at best.

Vancouver, WA store #6299 We ordered was the classic beef. This only has beef and bun. We got beef, cheddar, and barbecue sauce. YUCK The order went into the garbage. The cheddar and sauce would have made our dogs sick. THREE STRIKES. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Worst food ever from Arbys bad quality the lettuce was rotten I believe they need a better management team because I just pick up food there and manager was on site I don't understand how she let this happens i mean the lettuce in my sandwich was black this is the location in West Waters ave in Tampa the one by my house is a lot better that this location they need new employees for sure. By the way is not the first time that this happened to me but i wanted to give them another opportunity but never again at this location.

Unfortunately they have gotten rid of items I really liked as the mac and cheese and the triple chocolate cookies. They have new peanut butter cup cookies and strawberry cream pies for dessert. The cookie was way overheated and fell to pieces, the taste was ok, but at $1.99 instead of $1.69 like the chocolate ones I liked, no deal. The strawberry cream pie is like the ones they have at McDonalds. The cost at Arbys is $2.49- I can get two of them for that price at McD's and in the future I will go to McD's.

Just ate at arby's for the last time. Food was cold, lifeless french fries! Gross... I used to love getting a roast beef sandwich with potato cakes. Now that they have gotten rid of the potato cakes there is no reason to go. Now they are just like the rest of the fast food places. Potato cakes set them apart. Now you get nasty cold fries😖

We have frequently used the Arbys at 13220 Midlothian Turnpike for years. We loved how it was before the renovation. Today the floor is dirty with cunks of food. The music was loud. The lady that took our order was great. As i headed to the door to leave the gentleman where you take orders started to the door to leave. I have to use a cane to get around I turned around and told him thanks. My husband was refilling our drinks. People were great, the fact facility was not. Sure miss how it was before the renovation.

I went to Arby's do not have a car and will not let you order in the drive thru. So how is a person with out a car and the lobby is closed how do we order food. And you don't even deserve one star.

Went to the Arby's in Blairsville, GA today for lunch. They refused their own coupon and I really did not understand why. After paying full price for the meal, had to wait nearly 20 minutes for my food. While I stood their waiting, I saw the sandwich wrapper on the shelf behind the cashier but did not know it was my sandwich. It sat their at least 15 minutes before the cashier Pamela every turned around and put it on a tray to hand to me. Both the sandwich and the curly fries were no longer warm by the time I got them.
