I order classic double roast beef x4 and an order crinkle fries and order of curly fries. They tried to push off cold fries on me that’s when I mentioned the last few times coming here my fries were cold. And for the sandwiches I ended up with with regular size with cheddar I didn’t ask for cheddar on my sandwiches. Bottom line I order 4 doubles received 4 regular beef and cheddar. I totally got ripped off!!

Today 3-2-2023. Ordered fried fish and wasn’t really fried just heated up and not tasty. Had regular fries that were old, dried out and cold. Husband ordered prime rib which looked nothing like the advertisement. He had curly fries that were nothing but bits and pieces and were also cold. He ordered a shake which was very watery. We weren’t able to complain because we brought our food home. Arby’s is not a keeper for us. elainecreel80@gmail. com

Made an order of $62 food thru doordash was missing food and all the sauce I ordered wasn't there either. Called the store and the employee told me to take it up with door dash. I told her this isn't a door dash problem it's a store problem according to their reviews. She said , NOPE! I then asked for her name and she hung up. Shelbyville Tn is the location

Food was awesome... Better than I remember Arby's to be... What was NOT AWESOME was the order online through the app. I ordered and paid and was expecting to drive over and pick up my food... Not gonna happen .. whoever was in charge of looking at the app orders had no idea an order was even placed ... So they had to make my order once they figured it out .. I ordered another 2 sandwiches while waiting and that order came up before the online order I had placed 30 minutes prior. The cashier was like 16 years old and was paying more attention to her fake multicolored braids the guys in line were complimenting her on then checking on my overdue order.. I know it's just fast food ..but you gotta have someone in charge who actually cares about customers and not the compliments the boys in line are paying her. This was the Arby's in Port Richey Florida at 110th st and US 19.

I have been a big fan of Arby’s for years. But lately at least 50% of the time I am having a horrible customer experience. This is specifically Arby’s locations on Alabama. The location in Florence, Alabama and Southern Birmingham just off of I 65 it took me over half an hour to just get a sandwich and a large drink. I always order the same thing a double roast beef and a large Dr Pepper. At the location off of I 65 in southern Birmingham not only did it take that long, but after repeating myself three times they still got the order wrong. I was given a small roast beef and an order of fries. At the Decatur location. I saw the line sitting at the drive up window and suspected there was going to be trouble. After 15 minutes and the same car was still sitting at the speaker box. I attempted to go into the lobby, but it was locked up and was left with no choice, but to wait it out and the drive-through when I finally was able to get up there after another 20 minutes I was told they had no Dr Pepper. Arby’s is the only fast food location on that. I prefer to eat out but they were making it incredibly difficult to stick with that choice.

Wanted to try the ribeye sandwich. Purchased one in East Stroudsburg, PA. Ribeye was overcooked, dry, and barely chewable. Arby needs to establish better quality controls if they want to sell a premium sandwich.

Visited Arby’s first time in 20 years. I remembered a great roast beef sandwich and got hungry for one….it was horrible. Obviously processed beef and the cheese added was more like cheese whiz! I have been sick all day today from that sandwich, many trips to the bathroom! Ugh! Never again! This location was Cobblestone Plaza Arby’s in St. Augustine Florida.

I had the ribeye sandwich,in ames Iowa the meat was unchewable and tasted bad.I gave up on Arbys fast food, low quality.
