I was on my way to work. Stopped at Arby's in Garden City, GA. Ordered Beef and cheddar meal halfway down the road I realized I wasn't asked if I wanted sauce. I didn't get any. This is my second time at this store. Arby's sauce should be a given with a roast beef sandwich. If it happens at this restaurant again I will never go there again.

It wouldn't accept my payment and kept saying payment error. Mgr wouldn't honor offer as it said mobile order only. Fix your damn app. Great way to lose loyal customers.

Every location has its own service crew. Ours is excellent. I like many of the menu. Items especially the reuben. And the brisket, turke and the chicken. I wish the salt level was lower. So I could eat there more often You can't fault the chain forv the individual restaurant's service

Arbys Bradenton serves best-liked sandwiches that satisfy the customers. Juicy flavors that keep you coming back again and again. Cleanliness, professional happy accuracy for the customs of all sandwiches as if each persons was number one. Abilities to go above and beyond to ensure best-loved and best-liked beefs. I wish you could add sides of deep fried mushrooms that beat the nearby prices. The combination of those with the sandwiches would only bring us back again. The team works the best.

Put in a $38 order to take to my son's house. After pulling up to the window my wife told the guy she needed to add a coke zero to the order and was told she could not add to the order. Unacceptable... if I was driving I would have said thank you keep the food and I will go somewhere else with my money. Our family knows my frustration and we will never visit Arby's again with that kind of customer service (or lack of). The kid at the window was nice but I'm sure here was told to say that.

Arrived before 6PM. Interior was closed. Had to wait an unreasonable amount of time in drive-thru. The drive-thru had large graffiti on the building and the fence...thought we were in a ghetto! Argued with them about wanting two or more packets of Arby's sauce per roast beef sandwich; had ordered four. Food was mediocre at best. Don't think we'll be going back! I had a bad experience at the bastrop tx location. Called customer support and spoke with Sharon M. and she made everything better with a $10.00 gift card, apologies and a smile. Sweet lady she is the reason I will still go to Arby's.
