Donated and was sent my free trees very late and like others was sent dead twigs with no roots at all and on top of that they don’t even tell you what they are. Will never donate again. I too feel scammed.

Arbor Day Foundation Do better!Just a psa If you order trees and they say they will be here by a certain time if you don't receive them and contact customer service for 3 weeks in a row to get it taken care of the 1st week they will say give it a week if they don't arrive we will resend them when u call the 2nd time they will say something about there shipping process but tell you in a week if u don't get them to call back and we will get replacements on the way well called back today now in order to receive my trees because the window of dormancy is up or something now I have to wait until may I'm one very angry lady because they didn't want to do there job and reorder the 1st time i contacted there wouldn't be any issues. Just beware.

Customer service told me my address was changed one month prior to my order being shipped and then I later find out they didn't change the address. I was emailed telling me part of my order wasn't paid for, when I already paid for it on August 1st. Today is November 18. I called the same day I got the email and was told it's too late now for these trees and won't get shipped for another 6 months at least. Terrible customer service and the company is too disorganized to provide even basic service like shipping baby trees to their customers. It's a shame this company is failing their execution and unable to provide basic services.

I had a very disappointing experience with this organization’s hiring process, which felt disorganized and, unfair. After applying for a position, I completed two interviews and was told to expect a final decision within a month. Later, I was invited to participate in four additional interviews, only to be informed afterward that they were no longer hiring for the role. Unfortunately, I invested two months into this process and even declined another job offer based on their assurances.

I received a letter in the mail offering free trees, a care book and trees if you donated. I donated and received another letter about a month later with none of the freebies. Just I’d get a free tree of a different variety than advertised if I bought stuff from their catalog. Completely dishonest. Will never donate again.

Scam!!!First of all I donated trees as a gift and highly doubt they were ever planted in a forest in need".SECOND AND MOST IMPORTANT:Once they have your contact info be prepared to be harassed by endless emails and "tree surveys",that WASTE VALUABLE PAPER!!I have begged them to cease ALL communication yet they persist months after my requests.Horrid business.Truly sketchy.

Providing only the best of kindling! What a total scam. I ordered over 300 trees/bushes/plants in 2022. They conveniently didn't ship them forever and when they finally arrived they were a bad joke. One box had 2 dwarf apple trees that were snapped clean in half IN THE BOX! I don't even know how you do that. The other plants had half of them with the root gel loose all over the inside of the box and the roots all dessicated. I asked repeatedly for replacements, but, being the scam charity they are, they failed to live up to their guarantee. Please, save your money and, literally, get your plants anywhere else. As far as I'm concerned, anyone who actually donates to this is helping to perpetuate a fraud. Go elsewhere!
