I still had to bleach the knots…
I still had to bleach the knots afterwards the lace looked very natural. The hair is terrible! It’s thick and a terrible quality! After you wet it and add the moose it looks great. Once you go out side it puffs up like a poodle having a bad hair day! Will not be purchasing again! The color is beautiful and that’s it.

Hi Tawanda moore thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the hair didn't meet your expectations. The thickness of the hair may vary depending on the batch, but we will take steps to standardize it better. As for the puffing up outside, it might be due to the humidity in the air. Our hair is made to look great with certain styling products like mousse, but we will also research how to make it more resistant to environmental factors. The color is one of the aspects we are proud of, but we know we need to improve other aspects as well. We hope you will give us another chance in the future. Arabella hair

I liked that the order can fast
I liked that the order can fast. However the quality of the wig was not quite what I expected while the color matched and the hair felt soft but the curl pattern and the short lace in the front reminded me of the wigs sold temu for a much cheaper price not like the glueless wigs i have purchased from other companies.since trying to return it seems like a complicated process I will hold on to it for now and see if I can work with it I doubt I will order again

Hi Lachandra We're sorry to hear that the wig didn't fully meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback on the speed of delivery. Regarding the quality concerns, we apologize for the disappointment. The curl pattern and short lace in the front were not up to the standard you anticipated. Bad experience wanted more info on purchase from bank thinking it wasn’t my own bank card I was using to buy the wig from Arabella hair
I put in a order for silky straight hair and then I was sent a text saying I have to sent a screen shot of the purchase from my bank thinking that it wasn’t my own bank card I have never had this experience in the last three other companies I just bought wigs from

Hi there Due to the recent prevalence of many lawbreakers using others' cards for consumption, on our side, in order to ensure the secure payment of each order, that's why we ask you for the payment screenshot. We assure you that we will never utilize any of your personal information. Hope you can understand thank you

Hi there
Hi, I received and installed hair. The color of the hair is exactly what I wanted and the density was great! However, the cap size was too small and the lace was horrible. It was not Swiss lace but transparent. I removed same day I installed it.
Response from Arabella hairSep 9, 2024
Hi DG Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the cap size and lace of the hair did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide high-quality products, and it seems we fell short in this instance. We're glad to know that you liked the color and density of the hair. Regarding the cap size, we offer different sizes to ensure a better fit for our customers. It might have been an oversight on our part not to match the correct size for you. As for the lace, we apologize for the confusion. We will double-check our product descriptions to make sure they are accurate. The lace should have been clearly stated as to its type. You are welcome to return it for a full refund or exchange if the hair is not used. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with the return process and help you find a more suitable option. We value your business and your satisfaction is our top priority. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any further questions or concerns. Best regards, Arabella hair
