Hi Karalynda Tisdale We are very sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with the wig and also sorry to hear that you are in pain after your back surgery. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lack of a wig band. We take your feedback seriously and will look into improving our packaging to ensure that all necessary accessories are included in future shipments. Regarding the density, we understand your concern and will consider your suggestion for future product improvements. We strive to provide high-quality wigs that meet the expectations of our customers, and it's disappointing to hear that we fell short in your case. We hope that as you recover from your back surgery and feel better, you might give our products another chance in the future. However, we respect your decision if you choose not to purchase from us again. We value your feedback as it helps us to grow and improve. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and wish you a speedy recovery. Best regards, Arabella hair
