Hi Kenya Battle Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we truly apologize for the disappointing experience you’ve had with your recent order (#183547). We understand your frustration with both the shipping delay and the condition of the wigs you received. The delay was due to an unexpected customs clearance issue, which unfortunately extended the delivery time beyond our usual 3–5 business days. We sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations in this regard. Regarding the product condition, we’re very sorry to hear that the wigs did not arrive as described. The items were kept in sealed packaging throughout the shipping process, and the extended time in transit may have affected the appearance and quality. This is certainly not the standard we strive for. We’d like to assure you that we’ve recently upgraded our logistics system to ensure faster and more reliable shipping — future orders should arrive in the U.S. within approximately 5 business days. If the wigs have not been used or altered, we would be happy to assist you with a return for a full refund. Please let us know if you’re willing to proceed with the return, and we’ll provide the return instructions right away. Again, we truly regret the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this matter to your satisfaction. Best regards, Arabella hair

Hi Kathe Olesen Thank you so much for your honest feedback, and we're truly sorry to hear about the issues you’ve encountered with your ash blonde wig. We’re glad to hear that you find the wig beautiful, but we’re genuinely sorry that the ends were dry and required trimming. Please know that we take quality concerns very seriously, and we will pass this feedback on to our production team to help improve future batches. Regarding the size, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. While our caps are designed to fit a standard range, we understand that fit can vary, and we’re sorry to hear that the wig feels too large even after adjusting the straps. We value your satisfaction and your trust, and we’d love to offer a solution that works for you. Please let us know whether you’d prefer a partial refund or another form of assistance—we’re here to help make this right. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We truly appreciate your support and understanding. Warm regards, Arabella hair
