FRAUDULENT COMPANY

I placed my order with this fraudulent company on 8.5.26 for x2 wigs £386.10. DHL never delivered the wigs so Arabella Hair submitted a Loss Claim with DHL. Arabella refused to give me a replacement or refund till the claim was approved. After lots of back and forth I was offered a replacement which I declined as I needed the wigs for my birthday event which had passed so I asked for a refund, I was informed a refund could not be issued till the Loss Claim was approved which I found odd as a replacement was offered but a refund was refused. Due to the length of time this matter was taking to be resloved and the conflicting information I received I contacted the CEO's at DHL who got a manager to investigate the loss claim and informed me that the claim was already successful and Arabella had already been notified the Loss Claim was successful/approved from the beginning of July 26. I contacted Arabella Hair and made them aware that the claim was approved so requested my refund and Arabella said that they was still awaiting the outcome from DHL which I found very odd so I requested to see correspondence between DHL & Arabella Hair a screenshot was sent to me with all the text blacked out. I have sent over 40 emails regarding the lost parcel & chasing a refund to be told the following from Arabella "we have now received confirmation regarding the DHL claim, and we have discussed your case with our manager. We would like to proceed with arranging your refund first as a gesture of goodwill. After the refund has been successfully completed, you would consider removing the negative review if you feel that we have resolved your concern? I find Arabella Hair very cheeky, arrange a refund as a good will gesture for goods I have not received then asking that I remove my factual reviews. As I still did not get my refund I chased Arabella again & was told "We would like to clarify that as soon as we received the DHL claim compensation confirmation, we informed you and started moving forward with the refund process. Since this shipment involved an international carrier, the claim and refund procedures may take additional coordination time, and the progress between the carrier and our side may not always happen at the" After confirming they had received confirmation from DHL they then said they are still waiting for DHL but demanding I remove my reviews. I have repeated requested proof / correspondence between DHL & Arabella but Arabella have failed to send me anything to support there claims that they are still awaiting to receive an outcome from DHL. I am still without my refund and any response from Arabella hair on when I will get my refund despite the Loss Claim being successful.
