Beautiful hair AND a top notch customer service experience!
This company has gone above and beyond for me and they’ve definitely earned me as a repeat customer. The hair I received from Arabella is so gorgeous and voluminous which is something I’ve struggled to get from other human hair wig companies I cannot stand flat hair on me. They also helped me sort out issues I ran into with the shipping company. The people at Arabella were equally as invested as I was in making sure I got my package and they checked in with me to make sure it came BEFORE I reached out to them. I’ve never received such incredible service from another company. I’ll be back to order more hair and I’m going to recommend Arabella Hair to everyone I can they deserve it!

I ordered what I thought was a beautiful wig; what I received was a costume wig. The hair on top was thin (you could see the cap underneath) and the hair on the sides was thick and full. This company can improve by delivery the product it advertises and if not, provide a full refund. I received only $50 for a wig that I spent over $100.

Hi Yvette Kearse We’re truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. Regarding the issue you mentioned about the wig — thinner hair on top and thicker sides — we’ve already reported this to our factory and will work on improving the production process to ensure better balance and consistency in the future. We always strive to deliver products that match what we advertise, and we completely understand your frustration when this was not the case. We’ve issued the $50 partial refund as compensation, but if you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we’ll do our best to assist you. Thank you for your honest feedback — it helps us improve both our products and our service. Arabella hair
