Why would you only issue a partial refund for a wig if it was damaged. If a person paid $100 dollars for a wig and the wig was thin on the top and thick on the sides that is a quality issue you should have issued a full refund. Why didnt you issue a full refund?

Honestly I’ve bought from this website a few times and they’ve failed to disappoint. The hair is always so soft and has that nice glossy look to it. It’s easy to manage especially if you’re a first timer. And it’s so voluminous and gives a really natural look. They’re always easy to get into contact with if needs be. But I’ve never had a problem before so it’s very rare to have to do that. I will definitely continue to buy from here.

I ordered my wig on a Sunday and received it on a Thursday. It was easy to track with the tracking number. I ordered a 6x5 balayage , 18 inch wig. The hair was super soft and bouncy. I didn’t have to bleach the knots or do any plucking. Definitely will be ordering again, soon!
