The hair was completely trash. It is very plastic key. It is not 100% human hair it tangle it was absolutely not worth it at all. I would not recommend anyone to purchase because it’s not good. It seems like it’s synthetic blend is not 100% human hair

Hi carol lorde Thank you for sharing your honest feedback—we’re really sorry to hear about your experience. The hair we provide is made from 100% human hair, but based on what you described (tangling and a plastic-like feel), this is definitely not the experience we want you to have. It may be an issue with this specific item or batch, and we take this very seriously. Could you please send us some photos or a short video of the hair? This will help us check the issue more accurately and provide you with a proper solution. We truly appreciate your feedback, and we’ll also report this to our product team to prevent similar issues in the future. Arabella hair

This hair came super fast, it was soft. The knots are small and the lace is thin. I can tell it’ll melt very easily once I wear this wig. I washed and toned it a little because I wanted the blonde part to be less yellow but overall, this wig is pretty. It’s very full. Will order again.

It’s also great to know the small knots and thin lace met your expectations—those details really do make a difference for a natural look. We appreciate you sharing your experience with toning the blonde as well—that’s a great way to customize the color to your preference! 😊 Thank you again for your support, and we look forward to your next order 💕 Arabella hair
