This company need to be put out of business. She writes the same message to all the women who has been honest about their purchases. Saying she is sorry does not make her wrong right. Make it right and refund the money that she stole. She sent a reply to my review on trust pilot but after sending her my order number and phone number. I have still not heard from her. I think the 5 star reviews she is getting is not real. This is the worst company ever DO NOT ORDER from her.

This is my second time ordering with this company & shipping was fast both times . The hair is super soft !! I can’t wait to install it this weekendddddd.

The hair is beautiful and true to the picture. My only problem is that it did shed a lot after I washed it but that might be because I bleached the knots. I buy most of my hair from Arabella and I love them!

The day that I received the wig I opened the plastic bag and saw that travesty. I tried calling and I emailed the company several times. I was asked several times to send pictures of the wig that they had just sent to me and when I sent the pics. I was told the only refund I would be able to get is $29. These people has no integrity when it comes to customer service or standing behind their merchandise. I paid $148. For my wig and they refused to give me a refund. I had to stop payment through my bank. I will never buy from this company ever again. Hair Vivi is the best wig to buy any day.

I ordered two wigs and have not received confirmation. I received it for one but not the other. No tracking number for any of them but the money was remove from my account. First time ordering so far not impressed. I have reached out no answer or email so far.

The wig is very nice The vendor kept me updated until my merchandise was in my hand. I was skeptical about ordering my first time wig. The vendor kept me comfortable until my shipment was on my hand. I love also the promise gifts that came with it. I will order again
