The seller lied in the replies on AliExpress I ask for their address to return the wig for I can get a refund to purchase longer hair but replied to my review saying I ask for money back and want to keep the wig LIES … I order 20inch and got 14 THIS IS THE REASON WHY I WANTED TO RETURN THE WIG

Dishonest business! I ordered 4 wigs on Black Friday/22 over $400. I ordered two 24 inch wigs one is 24 the other is 18. I contacted them they are stating the listing says 24 inches but I ordered 18. How is that possible same price two different lengths. I won’t make that mistake again Luvme hair from now on.

Do not order from this company!! Wig arrived looking different from the images (colour & quality) when i then contacted them for the return details they refuse to provide and offer to refund me the full amount I paid even though I said I will send back to wig unused and with its free gift.

Hi ordered the 2 for 1 wigs and I was pretty disappointed… One was a 12” curly bob and the other was a 12” straight bob. The curly wig was fine, but the hair looked shorter than 12” plus the lace was super thick. The worst was the straight bob. The hair was cheap and full of split ends. This wig also had a lot of white and and discoloured hair. On top of that, the hair was stiff and it looked damaged. I didn’t try to get a refund because I didn’t have patience for the headache that comes with trying to get your money back. However I will never buy from them again and I would not recommend this company.

Ordered a wig 11/4/22 delivery was supposed to be 3-5 days . I have YET to receive this product. They’ve already taken my money! Tried calling and emailing but no response!! I’ve been robbed!! DO NOT BUY from this BOMBO clawt company!! 😡😡😡it’s a scam!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! DO NOT!!!

This company is horrible!!!! The customer service socks. I tried emailing them several times and has called several times. I want a refund for 3 bundles of hair I purchased. The bundles were supposed to be 22,20,18. However they were more like 12,10 and 8inches. I will be contacting my credit card company and the better business Bureau and any other entities I can to get justified for my purchase! This is company is the worst, I've have ever dealt with as far as not communicating back period to a customer. You can't just take people's money and think it's ok. That's robbery. However, I will contact as many people as I can to sabbatoge you all!
